Success: The American Samoa Community College used ARP funds to help create texts featuring Samoan language and images. The goal is to help Samoan people develop confidence and proficiency in writing in the Samoan language by publishing a collection of contemporary and traditional literature and arts authored by community members. Despite the challenges experienced from COVID-19, they were able to gather stories from their communities. They now have five books that will be part of the final products.
