This Program Instruction sets forth eligibility requirements and application procedures for the FY 2026 State CIP grant.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to set forth the eligibility requirements and the grant application procedures for FY 2025 Children’s Justice Act (CJA) grants and to provide the tentative State allocation table.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to state, territorial and tribal title IV-E agencies on the actions required to apply for title IV-B, subpart 2 funding to support the development, enhancement or evaluation of kinship navigator programs. These are federal fiscal year (FY) 2025 funds, provided in P.L. 119-4, the Full- Year Continuing Appropriations and Extensions Act, 2025.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to Indian Tribes, Indian Tribal Organizations and Indian Tribal Consortia on actions they are required to take to receive their allotments authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, and Chafee and ETV programs for Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 under the formula grant programs authorized by title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, and the Chafee and ETV programs.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to states, territories, and insular areas (hereafter “states,” unless otherwise noted) on actions required to receive Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 allotments (subject to the availability of appropriations) under the formula grant programs authorized by title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, section 106 of CAPTA, and the Chafee and ETV programs.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to: (1) set forth the requirements for recipients of Community-Based Grants for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect awards for FY 2025; and (2) provide guidance and instructions for the preparation and submission of the application and annual reports.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to instruct tribal title IV-E agencies administering or supervising the administration of title IV-E under sections 479B and 471(a) of the Act on the title IV-E prevention program requirements, the exemption of tribal title IV-E agencies from the evaluation waiver and continuous quality improvement requirements, and on the flexibility title IV-E agencies may provide to tribes with whom they have agreements under section 472(a)(2)(B)(ii) of the Act. This PI supersedes ACF-ACYF-CB-PI-18-10 issued November 30, 2018, upon publication.

The purpose of this Program Instruction (PI) is to instruct state title IV-E agencies on the title IV-E prevention program requirements and on the flexibility such agencies may provide to tribes with whom they have agreements under section 472(a)(2)(B)(ii) of the Act. ACF-ACYF-CB-PI-24-10 supersedes ACF-ACYF-CB-PI-24-07 issued May 21, 2024, upon publication.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides State, Territorial, and Tribal title IV-E agencies (hereafter, "title IV-E agencies") with the renewed and revised form and instructions approved by the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for reporting quarterly financial information on the title IV-E Foster Care, Adoption Assistance, Guardianship Assistance, Kinship Navigator and Prevention Services Programs, as well as annual reporting data for Adoption Savings.

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to state, territorial and Tribal title IV-E agencies on the actions required to apply for title IV-B, subpart 2 funding to support the development, enhancement or evaluation of kinship navigator programs. These are federal fiscal year (FY) 2024 funds, provided in the Further Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024.
