Guidance to tribes on the Submission of the first APSR to the 2025-2029 CFSP, CFS-101 Parts 1, 2 and 3

This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to Indian Tribes, Indian Tribal Organizations and Indian Tribal Consortia on actions they are required to take to receive their allotments authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, and Chafee and ETV programs for Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 (subject to the availability of appropriations) under the formula grant programs authorized by title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, and the Chafee and ETV programs.
This PI summarizes requirements for completing and submitting: (1) the first APSR update to the 2025-2029 CFSP and (2) the CFS-101, Parts I, II, and III.
