This Program Instruction (PI) provides guidance to states, territories, and insular areas on actions they are required to take to receive their allotments for Federal Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 (subject to the availability of appropriations) authorized under title IV-B, subparts 1 and 2, section 106 of CAPTA, Chafee and ETV programs. It outlines the requirements for submitting (1) the second APSR update to the 2025-2029 CFSP and (2) the CFS-101, Parts I-III. The FY 2027 APSR is due no later than June 30, 2026.
