The Child and Family Practice Model Program Manual (CAPP)

This PII grantee program manual provides detailed information about the implementation process of the Child and Family Practice Model (CFPM) created by the California Partners for Permanency (CAPP) project. The manual is designed to assist others in the field in replicating or adapting CFPM for their local use.
