While states have gained valuable experience over the past decade, persistent challenges in readiness, governance, implementation, and long‑term maintenance have prompted ACF to provide technical assistance across every stage of the CCWIS lifecycle. The overarching objective: clearer planning guidance, stronger governance frameworks, tailored implementation support, and sustainable operational strategies.
