Adam Norman
Commissioner, Office of Child Support Enforcement
Adam Norman serves as commissioner of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), which oversees the national child support program that helps state and tribal agencies operate their programs in accordance with federal law.
Norman previously served as the child support program director at the Indiana Child Support Bureau under the Indiana Department of Child Services. He also served in various roles at the Child Support Bureau, including assistant deputy director over the Bureau’s county relations unit, communication and training unit, and program support and financial quality assurance department.
He was a deputy prosecuting attorney for the Child Support Division of the Bartholomew County Prosecutor's Office and the Tippecanoe County Prosecutor's Office.
Norman holds a juris doctor from Indiana University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in business from Indiana University. Norman and his wife have four children.
