Linda Boyer
Acting Commissioner, Office of Child Support Enforcement
Linda Boyer is the deputy commissioner of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) that oversees the national child support program, helping states and tribes develop and operate child support programs according to federal law using effective enforcement tools. As deputy commissioner, she oversees seven divisions and is the principal advisor to the OCSE commissioner. With over 30 years of child support experience, she leads with an emphasis on customer service, collaboration, and community.
Ms. Boyer served over three years as director of the OCSE Division of Federal Systems where she oversaw the Federal Parent Locator Service that’s critical to the mission and goals of the national child support program. She also worked for child support programs in Maryland, Michigan, and Virginia.
Ms. Boyer holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.A. in Human Resources from Strayer University.
