Tribal Employment Pathways

One common goal of many tribes is to provide employment and training services to improve the economic outlook and empower citizens. Child support programs are uniquely positioned to provide services directly to families to promote and ensure the well-being of children. While many tribes have tribal employment programs, bringing employment services directly to parents in the child support caseload ensures parents are able to remove barriers to providing stable support for their children. Your program will be unique to the priorities, values, goals, and needs of your tribe.

The Tribal Employment Pathways initiative can help tribal child support programs plan and implement a program for employment and training services.
