Our stakeholders often face the challenge to exchange personally identifiable information safely. Communication Center is an application on the OCSE Child Support Portal that supports secure message and document exchanges among these stakeholders:

  • OCSE
  • Child support agencies
  • Federal agencies
  • Employers, insurers, financial institutions

What can employers communicate with child support agencies and OCSE about?

An employer can exchange messages and documents with child support agencies and OCSE.  An employer can exchange information about these communication types:

  • e-IWO/IWO/termination
  • General case/program questions
  • Lump sums
  • Verification of employment
  • Medical support/terminations
  • New hire/multistate employer reporting/quarterly wage
  • Payment inquiry
     

Are you enrolled to use Communication Center?

Employers

To enroll for Communication Center, log in to the Portal and click Add/Update Communication Preferences on the Employer Services Homepage.

Third Party Providers

Registered employers must add the Third Party Providers to their communication profile preferences in order to receive communication on their behalf.
