Dear Colleague:

In compliance with the requirements of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) is soliciting public comment on the standard Intergovernmental Child Support Enforcement forms (OMB Number 0970-0085).  On July 29, 2025, ACF published a notice for public comment in the Federal Register Volume 90, Number 143, page 35682  (PDF).  No changes have been proposed to the forms.

Please send your comments to ocss.dpt@acf.hhs.gov and reference OMB No. 0970-0085.  We will consider comments received by September 29, 2025.
