SUBJECT: Open Comment Period — Revised National Medical Support Notice — Part A

Dear Colleague:

The Office of Child Support Services (OCSS) has proposed revisions to the National Medical Support Notice — Part A form. On June 24, 2025, the Administration for Children and Families published a notice for public comment on the revisions in the Federal Register, Volume 90, No. 119, page 26818-26819  (PDF). The comment period closes August 25, 2025.

Submit comments by emailing InfoCollection@acf.hhs.gov and following the directions in the Federal Register. When you comment, be sure to reference OMB 0970-0222.

We will consider all comments and suggestions submitted by the closing date.
