Dear Colleague:
In compliance with the requirements of Section 3506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the Administration for Children and Families is soliciting public comment on the standard intergovernmental child support enforcement forms (OMB Number 0970-0085). On March 28, 2022, a notice for public comment was posted to the Federal Register Volume 87, Number 59, page 17297 (PDF).
After implementing major changes to the intergovernmental forms in 2016 and minimal clarifying revisions in 2019, OCSE proposes to renew the current forms without any changes.
Please send your comments to ocse.dpt@acf.hhs.gov and reference OMB No. 0970-0085. We will consider comments received by May 27, 2022.
