Overview
International Forms (iForms) is a Child Support Portal application where states can prepare 2007 Hague Child Support Convention forms. When completed, the forms can be downloaded in multiple languages and sent by state caseworkers to foreign partners.
How does iForms support state child support programs?
The iForms application eliminates the need for state agencies to program the Convention forms into their state systems and reduces translation costs by allowing caseworkers to generate forms in multiple languages. It also decreases training costs because the application helps caseworkers complete the forms correctly. Forms are generated quickly because iForms enters the state and foreign partner information automatically. The application also pre-populates common case information into all forms.
How does a state set up iForms for use by caseworkers?
The state child support IT Portal Administrator assigns the iForms Administrator and Caseworker roles in the Portal. The state iForms Administrator adds Caseworker users to iForms and assigns the manager function, which provides additional capabilities to the Caseworker role. The state iForms Administrator maintains the state-specific information used in the forms, such as office addresses and phone numbers.
Which forms can be generated through iForms?
The iForms application can generate all mandatory and recommended forms for applications under the 2007 Hague Child Support Convention.
How can I get more information about iForms?
You can find training materials and set-up instructions for states on the Resources tab in the iForms application. State child support agencies without access to iForms can request these resources from CSportal@acf.hhs.gov.
