Program Goals(1) Support the development of happy, healthy, and successful AIAN children and families through a coordinated, evidence-based home visiting structure that addresses critical maternal and child health, development, early learning, family support, and child abuse and neglect prevention needs. (2) Strengthen cooperation and coordination to promote linkages among various programs that serve expectant families and families with young children, resulting in responsive, comprehensive early childhood systems in recipient communities.
