The Administration for Children and Families, Administration on Children, Youth and Families and the Family and Youth Services Bureau are very pleased to announce the availability of funding through the Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Program within the Division of Positive Youth Development. The announcement for the General Departmental Sexual Risk Avoidance Education (GD-SRAE) Program was released on April 23, 2024. Discretionary grant applications from eligible entities for the development and implementation of the GD-SRAE Program are now being accepted.
The purpose of the GD-SRAE Program is to fund projects to implement sexual risk avoidance education that teach participants how to voluntarily refrain from non-marital sexual activity and other risky behaviors. The funding announcement establishes the application requirements, application process, and other administrative and fiscal requirements on how to apply for funding.
Eligible entities interested in receiving grant awards must submit an application by 11:59PM EST on June 24, 2024.
