The purpose of this communication is to advise you of staffing arrivals for the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) team, Division of Social Services.

We are excited to announce that, Rafael J. Elizalde, has joined SSBG as the program manager and will have key technical responsibility and authority for planning, implementing, operating, and managing the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG) program and related activities including the SSBG Consolidated Block Grant.
