The Office of Community Services (OCS) is writing to notify the public of the approval of the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report 3.0 (OMB No. #0970-0492) by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) on December 17, 2024, with an effective expiration date of December 31, 2027.
The purpose of this Dear Colleague Letter (DCL) is to affirm the Office of Community Services’ (OCS’) commitment to data quality and effective performance measurement with an overview of the Federal Quality Assurance Review (FQAR) process related to the CSBG Annual Report submission.
As part of the Office of Community Services (OCS) commitment to examining the information we collect to address burden to the public and in compliance with the requirements of Section 506(c)(2)(A) of the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, the Office of Community Services (OCS) is requesting feedback from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Network on proposed changes to the CSBG Annual Report (Attachment A). The notice for this information collection activity was posted to the Federal Register in Volume 89, No. 78, Office of Management and Budget (OMB) #0970-0492, pages 29339-29340 on April 22, 2024.
This communication provides the Office of Community Services (OCS) Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) state, tribal, and territory grant recipients, and national training and technical assistance partners the 2023 American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) survey of CSBG Grant Recipients results.
