The CSBG Tribal Plan Toolkit is a resource for CSBG tribes and tribal organizations that provides links to communications, forms and guidelines, and webinars created by the Office of Community Services to aid CSBG tribal grant recipients in the creation and submission of the CSBG Tribal Plan.

To notify CSBG direct-funded tribes and tribal organizations (grant recipient) of reporting requirements for Fiscal Year 2024 (FY24). CSBG grant recipients must submit the FY24 CSBG Annual Report by March 31, 2025 using the ACF GrantSolutions On-Line Data Collection (OLDC). CSBG grant recipients will submit an Annual Report using the Tribal Annual Report or the Tribal Annual Report (Short Form) based on funding levels.

The Office of Community Services (OCS) is writing to notify the public of the opportunity to provide final comments on the proposed revisions to the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) Annual Report 3.0 (OMB No. 0970-0492) information collection request (ICR).
