Welcome to the Administration for Children and Families' Government Contracting Services (GCS). Our acquisitions encompass a broad range of critical products and services, including education, childcare, emergency response, refugee resettlement, research, and information technology, each essential to supporting ACF’s mission.
With over 120 skilled professionals on our team, GCS managed more than 460 contracting actions, valued at over $460 million in fiscal year 2024 (FY24). Our staff brings expertise across all facets of contracting, including market research, solicitation development, proposal evaluation, contract negotiation, and comprehensive contract management. We are also committed to ensuring full compliance with federal regulations, policies, and procedures governing government contracting.
