OHSEPR generally reimburses states for administrative costs and temporary assistance provided to repatriates. Reimbursement is contingent on the availability of Program funds.
To request reimbursement, states must fill out and submit Form RR-04: Routine Repatriation Reimbursement Request (PDF) . Timely submission is important. All reimbursement requests must be submitted within 30 days following case closure. Requests must include supporting documentation (e.g., bills, receipts, case workers’ notes).
