Introduction
This summary brief presents updates from 2020’s Home Visiting Evidence of Effectiveness (HomVEE) review of home visiting program models that serve families with pregnant women and children from birth to age five. This document, released in December 2020, represents an update to the report originally released in September 2020.
The summary provides an overview of the review process, a summary of the results, the 21 models determined to meet Department of Health and Human Services criteria for an “evidence-based early childhood home visiting service delivery model,” and a link to the HomVEE website for more detailed information.
This brief includes some information previously published in the longer HomVEE executive summary from the 2019 HomVEE review.
