
This executive summary and brief present updates from 2019’s Home Visiting Evidence of Effectiveness (HomVEE) review of home visiting program models that serve families with pregnant women and children from birth to age five. This document, released in December 2019, represent an update to the report originally released in September 2019.
The executive summary provides an overview of the review process, a summary of the results, and a link to the HomVEE website for more detailed information. The brief provides:
- a three-page summary describing the review process;
- the review’s results; and
- the 21 program models determined to meet Department of Health and Human Services criteria for an “evidence-based” early childhood home visiting service delivery model.
