How-To Guide: Non-Competing Continuation
These documents provide OTIP funding recipients with information on how to submit a non-competing continuation request.
What is a Non-Competing Continuation (NCC)?
An NCC application is a request to renew funding by an additional budget period. OTIP recipients are required to submit NCC applications annually for the duration of their project period.
Continuation awards depend on the availability of funds, recipient progress in meeting project goals and objectives, timely submission of required data and reports, and compliance with all terms and conditions of the award.
Recipients may use the NCC to adjust their budgets or make other administrative changes. Recipients are allowed to revise project targets, with the exceptions of the total number of victims served and the number of outreach activities conducted.
