The fourth webinar of the series, “Common Pitfalls and How to Avoid Them”, reviews nine common pitfalls associated with building and maintaining child welfare information systems including: lack of user involvement; poorly defined requirements; scope creep, lack of a change control system, poor testing, under-allocated resources, system performance issues, lack of a high-functioning user help desk and poor vendor relationship.
